In order to return an item, please contact us first by email at info@coccolarekid.com and wait to receive a confirmation. Please note, returns will not be accepted without an email confirmation sent by us. Returns must be made within 21 days of your order date and will be accepted for store credit or exchange. Store credit will be for the original order amount of the product(s) less the shipping and sales tax fees of your original order. The credit note is valid on our website immediately after issuance and it can be used site wide.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the price tags attached and in original packaging. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.

Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process your store credit or exchange within 7 business days. Shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise. We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Merchandise received after 21 days from the order date will not be processed, nor will they be returned to the sender.

In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

*Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable on Returns or Exchanges.

* Items under Décor+ Accessories cannot be returned. Additionally, all swimwear and discounted/sale items are final sale.
