We carry a limited quantity of each size. If you need a certain size that we don’t have, please feel free to email us and we’ll do our very best to get it for you!
As our merchandise is ordered seasonally and in line with the most current trends, most pieces are ordered in limited quantity. Therefore, once merchandise is out of stock, it will not be restocked.
All orders shipped within Canada are subject to sales tax. The amount will be calculated based on the province to which the order is being shipped. Newfoundland and New Brunswick are subject to 13% HST on all items. The rest of the provinces are subject to 5% GST on clothing and their applicable provincial sales tax on decor, accessories or toys. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
All prices and final amounts shown on the invoices will be in Canadian dollars. For accurate price conversions related to any online transactions placed on Coccolare, we recommend that customers contact their local banks and/or credit card companies.
We do our very best to ship out your order 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. However, although our best efforts are made to have your package delivered in a timely manner, shipping times do vary depending on the destination. Also, once a package is shipped, its arrival date is out of our hands. By placing an order with Coccolare, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during the shipment process for reasons uncontrolled by us (i.e. custom delays or lost parcel).
If you’ve had a change of heart, you can cancel or make changes to your order so long as your package has not been shipped. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your cancellation and/or change. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will have to wait to receive your order and then return it for an exchange or store credit. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
We want to ensure your happiness with what you’ve purchased from us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, please contact us first by email at email@example.com and wait to receive a confirmation. Please note, returns will not be accepted without an email confirmation sent by us. Returns must be made within 21 days of your order date and will be accepted for store credit or exchange*. Store credit will be for the original order amount of the product(s) less the shipping and its sales taxes fee of your original order. The credit note is valid on our website immediately after issuance and it can be used site wide. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the price tags attached and in original packaging. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process your store credit or exchange within 7 business days. Shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise. We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Merchandise received after 21 days from the order date will not be processed, nor will they be returned to the sender. *Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable on Returns or Exchanges. *Items under Décor+ Accessories cannot be returned. Additionally, all swimwear and discounted/sale items are final sale.
Once your package comes back to us, Coccolare will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned order. A store credit will be issued to you within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of your store credit issuance. Alternatively, we will exchange your returned item for your desired product of equal or greater value. Shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise.
